You were born to fly! In this 75 minute aerial silks workshop, we'll learn basic silks skills in a supportive and welcoming environment. Attendees will explore how to build strength, gain confidence, and express themselves on the fabrics. While this workshop can be tailored to meet your experience level, it is perfect for complete beginners! If you’ve ever thought “I’d love to try aerial but I’m not sure I have the strength / flexibility / creativity” this workshop can show that you do!
