Join us for a lovely day during Truckee Pride Week, celebrating community, art, music, and the outdoors with one of our favorite brands, Fjällräven.

There will be two local artists on-site offering their original designs to anyone who has a Kånken backpack. Just show up and bring your backpack! If you don't have one, you can purchase one on-site. The live designers will have a handful of designs ready for you to choose from. Think of this like a flash tattoo event, only your backpack will be getting the "tattoos"!

Make even more of an experience out of it by grabbing some refreshments and snacks from the Coffeebar next door.

We will also be raffling off five Rainbow Kånken backpacks designed by local artists with all proceeds benefiting a local LGBTQIA2s+ non-profit.

On top of this, experts from Fjällräven will be on-site teaching folks about care and repair of their signature trousers! Learn how to wax and repair your favorite pair of Fjällräven trousers. Plus, anyone who tries on a pair will be entered into a raffle to win some!
